About

PeterVanderkaay.com came about through fan requests at SwimStars.org. This is yet another network site. I listened to the fan input and who can argue with fans? Peter is a class act and also an amazing swimmer who continues to improve with each meet. I agreed with the fans that he deserved some representation on the internet and that's what PVK.com and SwimStars.org aim to do! This is version 2.0 of the site. When it began in May 2005, there were only a couple hundred pics of Peter in the gallery. Now, in July 2007, there are nearly 2500; mostly action shots from meets I've attended over the past year. I'm glad this site has turned out to be a place where fans and media alike can go to find out more about Peter and/or keep up-to-date with his swimming career. I hope it can continue along that path because promoting his career is what this site is all about!
